Dear Colleagues,
As part of the MBL’s Reopening Plan and Massachusetts State guidance, all faculty, staff, vendors, and contractors entering MBL property, on or off-campus, are required to perform a Daily Health Screening prior to their arrival each day. Anyone who has potentially been exposed to COVID-19 or has had any COVID-19 symptoms over the past 24 hours should not go to their MBL destination.
To reinforce the importance of conducting the daily screening and to help serve as a reminder, the attached signage will be posted on entrances to all MBL buildings starting Monday, July 13. The sign contains an easy to remember website URL and a QR code that will allow readers to quickly access the health screening form checklist.
Please remember that we are still in a dynamic COVID-19 environment. We appreciate your diligence on this task for an added level of safety for you as well as all members of the MBL community.
