Every person who comes to the MBL to conduct research, participate in an education program, attend a conference, or rent library space is expected to complete a registration form. This does NOT apply to course students.
Research and Education
To register, please use the links below to access our registration system (Note: The MBL migrated to a new registration system on January 1, 2021. If you set up an account prior to that date your username and password will not work, and you will need to create a new account.) Once you have created an account, you will be able to select your registration category, request housing, and fill out any other relevant information.

COVID-19 Safety Training
Two weeks prior to your arrival date, approved registrants will receive an email from MBL Online Training containing links and instructions for completing the MBL’s COVID-19 Safety Training and Attestation. This must be completed prior to arrival on campus and are a pre-requisite for obtaining an MBL identification and door access card (MBL Card).

Meetings and Workshops
Your registration form can be found on your meeting or workshop’s webpage. To register, please create a new account or use your existing log-in information.
You will be sent a link to the MBL’s COVID-19 Safety Training and Attestation prior to your meeting start date. These items must be completed prior to arrival on campus and are a pre-requisite for obtaining an MBL identification and door access card (MBL Card).
